How we work

Four unhurried ways we sit alongside you.

Every engagement starts the same way - a free conversation, no script. From there we shape something that fits your pace, whether the weight you're carrying is emotional, practical, or both.

01

Inner-Child & Resilience Sessions

One-to-one, trauma-informed work to meet the part of you that's been waiting. We draw on Internal Family Systems, journaling, and guided meditation across a gentle eight-to-twelve-week arc - building self-compassion, emotional regulation, and the kind of resilience that holds long after the final session.

03

Creative-Expression Circles

Small, warm group sessions where art, music, and movement loosen self-criticism and let spontaneous joy back in. There's no skill requirement and no finished product to judge - just a steady, monthly space to play again. Many people find it's where the rigidity finally softens.

Boundaries & Self-Compassion Coaching

Short, focused work to build a toolbox you can carry anywhere - sensory grounding, naming feelings, planning hard conversations, and saying no without the guilt spiral. Ideal as a follow-on to sessions, or on its own when you just need sturdier footing.

The arc

What working together looks like.

Step 01

A free first conversation

Twenty unrushed minutes. You tell us where you are; we listen and name a possible next step. No pressure to continue.

Step 02

A plan that fits your pace

We shape an arc around your nervous system and your real-life constraints - emotional, practical, or both at once.

Step 03

Tools that outlast us

We finish by handing you habits and resources you can keep, so resilience doesn't depend on the next appointment.

Begin gently

Not sure which fits? That's normal.

Tell us a little about your situation and we'll point you toward the right starting place - or tell you honestly if we're not the right studio.
